A Spanish film based on real events has been a huge hit on Netflix, one of the streaming services with the highest viewership worldwide.
It’s A Man of Action, made by Javier Ruiz Caldera (Malnazidos, Superlopez), that landed on the platform just a few days ago. Since then, it has become one of the most-watched films on Netflix.

The film was written and directed by Javier Ruiz Caldera. It starred Juan Jose Ballesta, Liah O’Prey, Luis Callejo, Miki Esparbe, Alex Blazy, Ben Temple, Fred Tatien, Ana Polvorosa, Josean Bengoetxea, Juan Olivares, among other performers. The movie runs for 112 minutes.
The film tells the tale of the known Anarchist “Robin Hood,” who carried out an infamous counterfeiting scheme in Paris that placed him in the sights of the biggest banking institution in the United States when he got a massive amount of cash with forged checks.
